After I placed my order, I realized that the gag gift I purchased for my son's 40th birthday party would probably not get delivered on time, so I decided to contact the store owner, Damon. He promptly responded to my inquiry and per our agreement, he would ship the package via FedEx if I paid the additional shipping charges. I am happy to report that the package arrived two days early thanks to Damon's efforts. When I asked him to send me an invoice for the shipping charges, he waved the payment and simply asked me to wish my son a happy birthday. Damon went above and beyond to ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and I was very impressed by his kind gesture. I plan to place more orders in the future.
