• Standard Colors: 4.9–6.7 mils (125–170 microns)

🔥 PUFF – Application Instructions
✂ Cutting

• Blade Angle:
 – Standard Colors: 45° blade
 – Metallic Colors: 60° blade

• Mirroring Required:
 – Cut material in reverse (mirror image)

🌡 Heat Press Settings

Temperature (Variable):
• Standard Colors: 275°F – 295°F
 – Puff height can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing temp by 10°F within range
• Metallic Colors: 275°F – 285°F

Pressure:
• Medium pressure

Time:
• Pre-press garment: 5 seconds
• Press time: 10–12 seconds
• If more time is needed, press additional 2 seconds
• Metallic Colors: 8–10 seconds

🧵 Peeling Instructions

• Standard Colors: Peel warm
• Metallic Colors:
 – Remove PET liner
 – Cover with PTFE sheet
 – Repress 8–10 seconds for maximum puff effect

🧺 Care Instructions

• Wash inside-out
• Cold water
• Gentle cycle
• Tumble dry normal
